MANCHESTER

The regeneration of the South Bank area in Leeds will be one of the most significant transformations the city has seen in 100 years. South Bank will double the size of Leeds city centre, providing over 35,000 jobs and 8,000 homes. 

 

Property prices have risen by 211% since 2000, House prices are predicted to grow in Leeds by 19.9% and rents will grow 18.8% by 2022.

Midlands

Birmingham, the heart of the midlands, is home to one of the UK’s largest cities and is experiencing a rapidly growing population combined with significant investment and regeneration makes Birmingham an attractive proposition for investors. Global businesses such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank and PWC are choosing to relocate their headquarters here. The city also won the bid to host the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
